Pokud vás některá chyba zaujala a chtěli byste se o ní dozvědět více, zkuste následující postup. Na této straně u Microsoftu vepište číslo chyby do prvního políčka v textu a stiskněte tlačítko "GO". Číslo chyby je uvedeno u každé chyby v závorce a je nutné ho zadat včetně písmena "Q" na začátku. Po přesměrování na novou stranu byste měli vidět detailní popis vybrané chyby a v části "RESOLUTION" řešení. To vás většinou odkáže na Windows Update, nebo vám Microsoft sdělí, že daný patch je jen na vyžádání u technické podpory.
