RECENZE: TUXEDO Sirius 16 Gen2 - AMD CPU a dGPU pod jednou střechou s Linuxem

Stejně jako na jiných TUXEDO noteboocích i na Sirius 16 Gen2 je podpora Linuxu perfektní a to včetně drobností jako funkční hibernace či uspávání do RAM a samozřejmě i probouzení. Předinstalovaná distribuce TUXEDO OS má jako podvozek Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, ale v momentě kdy čtete tento článek už je určitě venku novější verze.
Aby byla nějaká legrace, namísto X11 serveru jsem při instalaci distribuce zvolil Wayland. Nicméně přišlo mi, že vše funguje jak má a na nějaké problémy jsem nenarazil.
TUXEDO aktivně řeší i údržbu některých balíčků, specifický firmware pro své notebooky a nástroj Control Center pro Linux také existuje a dokonce i funguje. Jak nástroj vypadá v Linuxu můžete vidět na screenshotech níže.

Co se výkonu týče, zkusil jsem ze zvědavosti Kraken benchmark ve Firefoxu a výkon porovnat s Windows 11, na zatím otestovaných strojích je výkon lepší ve Windows. Bohužel data jsou celkem stará, takže tento grafík je třeba brát s rezervou.
